    Preparation technology

    Customers can rely on expertise gained in many decades of plant engineering. EIRICH provides expertise in continuous and batch processes for all areas of industrial processing of free-flowing materials of the following consistencies:

    Weighing and dosing

    Knowledge of the specific properties of the products being processed is combined with test results obtained at EIRICH’s own test center and the latest data from the owner to optimize the process chain.

    The choice of the type of technology which is used depends on the properties of the formula ingredients. Batching units are combined with tailor-made scales. The weighing systems and scale hoppers can also act simultaneously as e.g. mixers, transport devices, collecting containers or heating devices. Efficient computer-controlled systems are used for control and monitoring.

    At EIRICH, we supply components for all levels of processing plant automation which we have developed and manufacture ourselves. From the power section to on-site units and complex control systems with all the necessary measuring devices, Eirich provides the optimum level of automation and makes allowances for expansion or upgrade options for the system so that it can be adapted later on if required.
