QualiMaster AT1

The new generation of the Qualimaster AT1 system has a modular design and includes the option to measure springback and gas permeability with the web interface software SandExpert. The unit comes in three versions: Eco, Profi, and ProfiPlus. 

QualiMaster AT1 Eco: This inline tester is equipped with a compactability measuring unit. It allows influencing the determinant parameter for reproducible molding material quality by optimizing the addition of water. You can also use the inline tester AT1 with integrated reporting tool as a stand-alone unit. 

QualiMaster AT1 Profi: With this upgraded version you can determine shear strength and deformability, which is what EIRICH recommends for all new systems. The actual values from the process control system are available via interfaces. They are used to automatically correct the water content and the feeding of additives. 

QualiMaster AT1 ProfiPlus: The most advanced unit offers new additional features: springback, gas permeability, and temperature are measured to increase process reliability further. This means it can measure up to 6 factors, all very important for effective and well-functioning green-sand foundries.
