Knowledge of the specific properties of the products being processed is combined with test results obtained at Eirich’s own test center and the latest data from the owner to optimize the process chain.

The choice of the type of technology which is used depends on the properties of the formula ingredients. Batching units are combined with tailor-made scales. The weighing systems and scale hoppers can also act simultaneously as e.g. mixers, transport devices, collecting containers or heating devices. Efficient computer-controlled systems are used for control and monitoring.
