Eirich process technology - Proven in the refractory industry worldwide
Refractories are important to industries such as metallurgy, ceramics, and glass. Eirich has been offering innovative technology for the preparation of refractory compounds for decades.
One of the advantages of high-intensity mixing, or high-shear mixing, is shorter overall mixing time while achieving homogenization and mix quality, every time. Short mixing cycles result in high throughput rates, and constant mix quality means reproducibility and reliability.
The EIRICH mixer is flexible to meet all aspects of refractory material. The variable-speed tool allows for different energy levels to go onto the material, low- medium- high. The rotating pan and wall-bottom scraper contribute to no dead zones and a homogeneous mix.
Eirich mixer sizes range from one liter up to 12,000-liter capacity and are available for refractory applications at normal pressure and under vacuum.
The experience and knowledge that we have gathered from our test centers around the world allows us to help you select the best mixer and design for your specific refractory application.
We offer special experience and expertise in these refractory areas:
