Insecticide blending technology
American Process Systems® designs and manufactures blending equipment for liquid or powder insecticides. Our comprehensive line of mixing equipment, and our vaste, experience is ideally suited for companies looking to process (lab to large scale production) solid, granular, or powered insecticides.
Our processing equipment is designed to handle all common materials used in the manufacturing of insecticides. Typical ingredients suitable for blending include, but are not limited to, nut shells, corn cobs, clays such as diatomite or attapulgite, or powdered minerals such as talc or calcium carbonate. For better adhesion to the plant or soil, materials such as cornstarch or flour may be added.
